We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash payment for services.
Appointment bookings made online are secured with a credit card. In the event of a late
cancellation (after 24 hours notice) from an appointment made online, 50% of the service
will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a no-show from an appointment made online, 100% of the service will be charged to your credit card. For our loyal clients who prebook after each visit or call ahead to book we simply ask for a 24 hour courtesy call if you must cancel or reschedule so that we may have an opportunity to fill the spot. While we always understand that life throws us curve balls, in the event that there is repeated late cancellations we will have to ask for a credit card to remain on file so that we can charge for the lost revenue. For pre-booked or phone call appointments that result in a no-show, no call we will automatically charge 50% of the total service amount. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
