Gratuity may be given directly to your stylist. Gratuity payment is not included in service payment and cannot be added to the credit card payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

A message, email or phone call is required as cancellation 24 hours before your appointment. If you have booked online you're able to conveniently cancel through our booking system.

Before 24 hours: Service(s) may be canceled without charge.
​
Late cancellation fee: 50% of scheduled service
A late cancellation is defined as canceling after 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No Show/ No Call fee: 100% of scheduled service
No Show / No Call is defined as not arriving for your scheduled appointment with no attempt to make contact with Hair Creations to cancel the appt.

This courtesy enables the capability to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. We appreciate your courtesy, understanding and respect for our livelihood.

about the salon: Hair Creations is a boutique woman-owned, craft hairdressing salon located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. Striving for a chill + compassionate culture, our stylists are focused on maintaining the highest level of technical skill and demonstrating passion + commitment to the craft of hairdressing. By infusing wellness + mindfulness into the beauty service our hope is that clients will feel truly cared for during their sessions. Providing a safe, transparent space is a priority at Hair Creations. Time-based session pricing, gender-neutral services, and consciously holding space for each client are crucial aspects of upholding the salon's mission. Clients receive chair education for at-home maintenance and affiliate links for purchasing hair care products.
